PROPWR Leadership.

Travis Simmering joined PROPWR in 2024. He brings over 15 years of experience in the power and oil and gas industries at senior level roles. Most of his career was spent at General Electric in various sales and leadership capacities. He later entered the private sector where he helped startup a successful power as a service business and served as President and CEO. Travis received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Akron and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston.

Dave Bosco joined PROPWR in 2024. He brings over 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas applications, equipment, and power applications. For the past 10 years Dave has been involved in management and leadership roles at companies such as MTU/Rolls-Royce, focused on the areas of commercialization and new technology market development for Oil & Gas electrification and power generation. Most recently prior joining PROPWR, Dave helped startup a successful power as a service business in the private sector and served as Vice President of Business Development.

Tanner Foster joined PROPWR in 2025, having begun his career with ProPetro in 2012. Over the years, he has held various operational positions, including Frac Technical Specialist and Chemical Department Manager, where he oversaw planning and logistics, quality control, and resource management. More recently, Tanner has served as the Director of Supply Chain, where he was responsible for establishing and developing ProPetro's Supply Chain Department. His contributions included centralizing procurement across the organization, implementing advanced technologies to enhance sourcing and inventory management efficiencies, and introducing category management to achieve sustainable cost savings and quality improvements. Tanner holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University.

Daniel Bosco joined PROPWR in 2025, bringing more than 17 years of experience in the power systems industry. He began his career as an electrician, building a strong foundation in the field while earning his journeyman's license. His passion for innovation and system reliability led him to pursue electrical engineering, where he went on to contribute to a range of organizations, including startups, a research and development lab, and an electrical utility. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Utah State University.
